Thomas Ptashnik conducts research on working parents, well-being, HRM, and longitudinal modeling. His work has been published in leading outlets like Psychological Bulletin and the Journal of Applied Psychology, featured in business magazines such as Fast Company, put into practice at the Veterans Health Administration, sponsored by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, and presented at the annual meetings of the Academy of Management and the Society for Industrial and Organizational Psychology. He is the co-founder of the teaching activities website: The Noticing Project, which helps high-school and college students build stronger habits around attention, time, and self-management.
